Job Purpose

The role of Conceirge is to create an inviting atmopshere our guests entering the venue at the front desk, providing detailed information about the venue, food and beverage menu, and gaming options. Ensure all courses are playable and immaculate, run coat check and to be the go to person for every need with golf play.

Responsibilities

• Organizing the shift to prepare for reservations, events, etc. 
• Greet guests upon arrival
• Directing the guests journey and experience
• Communication
• Service Standards and Guest Satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned and requested by Management
• Safety & Sanitation

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 30 pounds and use force up to 50 pounds
• Active listening and communication skills
• Work schedule varies and will include working on days, nights, holidays, and weekends and requires standing and/or walking for extended periods both indoors and outdoors
• Organizational, teamwork, and multi-tasking skills a must!
• Six months (or more) experience in some aspect of the food and beverage industry preferred but not required

Compensation

$19.00/hr.
