We are seeking a highly driven, creative, and strategic Assistant General Manager to lead this flagship location. This role is the highest on-site leader, owning both operations and growth strategy while reporting directly to senior leadership.

Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000 base salary + performance bonus + benefits

Job Purpose
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will be the heartbeat of the venue, overseeing daily operations, driving business development, and leading a diverse team across three distinct hospitality concepts. With no on-site GM, this position carries full leadership responsibility, requiring strong business instincts, local market knowledge, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute local sales strategies to drive revenue from events, group bookings, and brand partnerships.
Cultivate community relationships, media engagement, and grassroots marketing efforts to generate local buzz.
Own and grow guest traffic through field marketing, walk-in conversion tactics, and promotional programming.
Analyze market data, customer behavior, and revenue trends to inform decision-making.
Lead day-to-day operations for Puttery, Bomba, and Rory’s Rooftop to ensure consistent quality and seamless service.
Ensure team members have the tools, staffing, and support needed to meet and exceed performance standards.
Oversee labor planning, inventory management, cost control, and compliance protocols.
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment that reflects brand standards.
Manage, coach, and develop department leaders and hourly staff across all three concepts.
Foster a positive, high-performance culture rooted in accountability, hospitality, and fun.
Recruit and retain top-tier talent in partnership with senior leadership and HR.
Qualifications and Skills
4+ years of experience in multi-concept hospitality or entertainment venue leadership.
Sales, marketing, or business development experience within the NYC market strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in full P&L management, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Energetic, creative, and results-driven mindset with exceptional communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with shifting priorities.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Significant relevant management experience in nightlife or hospitality may substitute for formal education.
Working Conditions
Evening and late-night hours are required, with extended shifts during peak nights and events.
Physical requirements include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and navigating fast-paced environments
