Job Title: Front of House Team Lead
Compensation:$25.00/hour

JOB PURPOSE
The Front of House (FOH) Team Lead plays a pivotal role in daily venue operations by supporting the management team and leading the front-of-house staff during active shifts. This is an hourly leadership position with significant exposure to operational strategy, team development, and guest engagement, offering a strong pathway for advancement for those who demonstrate initiative, reliability, and leadership.
This position does not have formal direct reports but holds supervisory responsibility for the front-of-house team during scheduled shifts. The FOH Team Lead works alongside the management team to ensure operational and service excellence.
Lead FOH operations during assigned shifts in coordination with venue managers
Ensure seamless daily bar operations including product quality, guest service, cleanliness, and compliance
Promote a positive and professional atmosphere through strong leadership, team support, and communication
Act as a point of contact for guest issues or escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
Participate in daily shift meetings, staff scheduling, and ongoing training initiatives
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards across all FOH activities
Communicate effectively across departments to maintain operational flow and guest satisfaction
Assist with special projects or initiatives assigned by leadership
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1+ year experience in a hospitality supervisory or team lead role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a guest-first mindset
Working knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures in food & beverage environments
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and remain on your feet for extended periods
Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, sometimes in high temperatures
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and moving through a multi-level venue
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
Comfortable working in high-energy, high-volume environments
Compensation:
$25.00 hr.
