Job Purpose
The Director of Revenue & Marketing at Rory’s Rooftop is responsible for driving top-line revenue, building brand visibility, and ensuring financial performance through strategic marketing and activation initiatives. This leader will oversee revenue strategy, guest acquisition, retention programs, and events while working closely with operations to deliver a seamless guest experience. The role requires a balance of creativity and commercial acumen, making Rory’s not just a destination but the rooftop experience in New York City.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute revenue strategies to achieve and exceed annual targets ($5–6M).
Drive bottle service, VIP tables, ticket sales, and late-night programming to maximize nightly revenue.
Manage promoter relationships and booking schedules to ensure consistent guest traffic.
Forecast and track financial performance, providing regular reporting to senior leadership.
Position Bomba as a must-visit boutique nightclub in NYC through digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, and nightlife PR.
Build event calendars that include DJs, theme nights, and brand activations.
Oversee social media, online advertising, and content creation to maintain relevancy in a competitive nightlife market.
Leverage cross-promotion with Rory’s Rooftop and Puttery to maximize building-wide guest flow.
Partner with nightlife operations leadership to align promotions, table service, and guest experience with revenue objectives.
Ensure VIP service standards reinforce Bomba’s exclusive brand positioning.
Analyze guest feedback and competitive trends to refine offerings and keep programming fresh.
Lead and mentor the marketing/promoter team, ensuring accountability for revenue-driving activities.
Build strong partnerships with DJs, talent agencies, and sponsors to elevate Bomba’s profile.
Collaborate with security, FOH, and operations teams to deliver seamless nightlife experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
Compensation
Base Salary: $140,000–$160,000 (commensurate with experience).
Incentive Bonus: Up to _% of base salary, tied to revenue and marketing performance metrics.

Working Conditions
Full-time, exempt position on-site at Bomba Nightclub in Manhattan.
Flexible schedule with emphasis on late nights, weekends, and holidays in alignment with nightclub operations.
Requires a balance of office-based work (planning, reporting) and on-the-floor presence during service and events.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Limited local travel for nightlife partnerships, DJ relations, and marketing activations.
